First, the applicant takes a 4-hour online test, which is based on a textbook by the Oxford University Press. This test checks the applicant’s command of the English language. Then, the applicant is required to demonstrate his proficiency with different citation styles. Finally, the successful applicant is asked to provide writing samples to our Evaluation Department. The samples are assessed for proper grammar, control of the written language in English, writing style, professionalism, and general readability.
